St Maurice / Eygues, March 29th 2021 - All the sunny flavors of Provence are there: Pistou,Tomatoes from Provence, Olives from Nyons AOP organic, Picodon AOP organic (a goat cheese from Drôme), Garlic from Drôme PGI organic but also an exclusive creation signed in partnership with Maison Boutarin: organic black garlic! It is the guideline of the Biscuiterie de Provence to offer recipes with good local ingredients for the love of its beautiful and rich terroir.

To discover as a matter of urgency, a range of 6 crunchy cookie recipes, with almond pieces, to nibble at aperitif time or to enjoy in a salad. In partnership with Maison Boutarin, Biscuiterie de Provence has embarked on the realization of an exclusive creation by honoring a gastronomic treasure still little known today: black garlic! By cooking for several weeks at low temperature, black garlic becomes unveils with a scent with roasted notes of candied fruit, liquorice, undergrowth or balsamic vinegar ...sweet treat characteristic of the 5th flavor: umami! In this aperitif biscuit recipe, the sweet and irresistible black garlic stimulates the taste buds for an explosion of flavors in the mouth!
