Papa Confetti e Cioccolato produces sugar almonds since 1987, the year in which the brand was created, aiming at producing and selling sugar almonds following Abruzzo’s and Molise’s tradition. A production that broaded itself throughout time, conquering a large market share. Today Dolceamaro, owned by Papa Confetti e Cioccolato, is in constant expansion and the offer is wide too. In addition to sugar almonds, the company is dedicated to the production of macarons, chocolate bars and donuts, everything entirely gluten free, thus making these products even more valued.
Unique products that respect severe quality standards. “The company provided itself with the most strict production (BRC-IFS-Gluten Free) and product (Kosher, Halal, Fair Trade) certifications, exactly to guarantee high quality standards suitable for everyone, in addition to the respect for quality. But everything keeps developing”, states Silvano Papa, owner of the company with his brother Claudio Papa.
Sugar almond represents, without doubt, the hallmark of this historic company from Monteroduni, Molise. It is produced in more of 15 typologies, each one customizable by color and flavor: in addition to the classic and prestigious sugar almond D’Avola, ___ Double Chocolate and Fruit, the Liquorini, the Ink Confetti that is pois, the Mini Dessert line, the Perle, the Gran Cru line, the Bon Bon, the Di Vin Gocce and the Stelle. Alongside the sugar almonds, joins the production of macarons: delicate meringues with
almond flour and naturally flavored cream. The flavors are endless: strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, salted caramel, lemon, raspberry, champagne and cocoa. Then there is the tin box, a gem created for the 50th anniversary of the company: elegant boxes for events containing sugar almonds or macarons that, once empty, can be used as convenient containers, giving a vintage touch to your house. Among the the 2022 new products there are tin containers in pink and in pale blue designated for gender reveals, the party to reveal the baby’s sex.
