Taralli, bruschette, grissini, to discover all the taste of Italian traditional bakery
Every day, we work to create tasty and genuine products, continually searching for and selecting the best raw materials, thanks to our modern plants which emulate the ancient craftsmanship techniques used in Puglia, our region in the deep south of Italy.
The result is a range of products offered in many versatile pack sizes, ideal both for a quick break and as a substitute for bread: we make these with simple, natural and GMO-free ingredients, such as Italian extra virgin olive oil, and we bake them in the oven so that they are light, fragrant and provide the taste of our traditional bakery.
The range consists of Taralli and Bruschette that are a classic of Apulian tradition and a synonym for an Italian aperitif throughout the world. They are made with durum-wheat semolina flour and their unmistakeable crispness is provided by the extra virgin olive oil and by oven-baking.
In particular our Taralli are the excellence snack from Puglia. We produce them both according to the traditional recipe and reinterpreted with fennel seeds, Mediterranean flavours and chili: different flavours, same unmistakable crumbliness.
At Casa Milo we also produce Mini grissini, delicious bread sticks from the Piedmont tradition in an appealing pack, ideal to munch on at any time of the day. They are made from simple and natural ingredients, they are perfect with cold cuts, paté and fresh cheeses, both in their traditional version and with the cheese and onion or salt and rosemary flavours.
Furthermore, we have also thought of the youngest, with a range of small snacks in a handy pocket format, called “Mini”, that consist of Tocchetti, Panetti and Focacce, coupled with appetising flavours: salt and rosemary, turmeric and cheese, tomato and oregano, ginger and lemon, green olives.
To honor tradition, we also produce Palesi: formulated with quality raw materials, they are crispy chunks inspired by the tradition of Palo del Colle, the historic city of the Tarallo. Golden to perfection and always fragrant, they are even more appetising when paired with cold cuts, dips and cheeses.
Finally, to complete the catalog of our bakery products there are the award-winning Skinny Thins: simple, thin, fragrant, they hold the authentic taste of our land. Also produced with excellent natural materials, they are made with delicious ingredients that create different flavors, all to try.
