Über Anika Herrmann
As Chief Development & Sustainability Officer, Anika Herrmann is responsible for the organizational development and brand building of Camm Solutions as well as strategic sustainability management.
Herrmann comes from the Hamburg coffee roaster and non-food retailer Tchibo, where she was most recently responsible for the organization's cultural transformation as Global Director Human Resources. She realigned talent management and leadership development and focused on an agile and digital mindset. At the same time, Herrmann was strengthening the employer brand and developed the HR department into an innovation lab in which new organizational, leadership and learning approaches were piloted.
